WHOLESALE POLICY

Across Canada, we are establishing relationships with dealers to distribute Castle Bay products to Canadians at an affordable price. We take pride in itself on the partnership we create with our dealers, and the value we create for the home owners.

At Castle Bay, our goal is to ensure dealers complete satisfaction with our products and service. Below is set of policies that outline our co-operation with dealers across Canada. Transparency policy will help us to promote understanding and help us to serve you better.

COMMUNICATION METHOD: Our call center may experience high volume of calls, so do not hesitate to leave a message. For faster and efficient communication, please email us at sales@castlebaysinks.com.

FREE SHIPPING: Free shipping within Ontario and Quebec for order over $100. Other provinces will subject to small shipping fee. Rangehood is $50 flat shipping fee - no exception.

SHIPPING TIME: All orders are processed within 48 hours from the time the order is received. Typical shipping time is 1 to 3 business days in Central Canada, and 3 to 7 business days for Eastern/Western Canada.

INSPECT UPON RECEIPT: Check the condition of the items upon receipt, and notify sales@castlebaysinks.com as soon as possible for any damage so we may made claims against the carrier. Claims for damaged goods cannot be accepted if notification for damages is not reported within 2 business days of receipt.

Major scratches or any item found missing from the product must be reported to sales@castlebaysinks.com within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise.

RETURN/EXCHANGE: All returns/exchanges after 14 days are subject to a restocking/handling charge of 25% and must be done within 20 business days from the date of purchase. All items must be returned in original condition, and in original box, and with all packing materials, manuals, and accessories. If the returned product is received damaged, there will be no credit issued. Castle Bay reserves the right to refuse any returns.

Conditions not qualify for exchange or store credit refund:
*** Minor scratches are NOT covered under warranty (the essence of stainless steel is scratchable and scratches will become less visible over time - see Warranty statement)
***Small dent on the rim of the undermount sink occurs during transit is not covered under warranty.

INSTALLED PRODUCT: Once the product has been installed, it is considered to be acceptable by the purchaser and no claim can be made against Castle Bay unless the product is proven defective.

HOME OWNER WARRANTY CLAIM: Dealers should direct end users or homeowners to review our warranty and file warranty claim online by visiting www.castlebaysinks.com/warrantyclaim.htm. Our warranty department will handle and resolve the homeowner?s claim.

SINK/FAUCET WARRANTY: Castle Bay's obligation to the customer under warranty shall be limited, at its option, to provide a replacement sink/faucet of an equivalent model free of charge excluding replacement labor. See Warranty for details.

DISCLAIMERS: Castle Bay assumes no liability what-so-ever with respect to compliance with building code or plumbing code requirements in any jurisdiction where product is, or is intended to be installed and all such compliance matters shall be the responsibility of the consumer or consumer?s installer.

All products should be inspected, checked, and measured before any improvements or alterations are done in anticipation of or preparation for installation. Castle Bay assumes no liability for the use of such information or for any damages incurred through its use or application.

Prices, product specifications, product modifications are subject to change without notice. Castle Bay reserves the right to change, cancel, re-design products at its sole discretion without liability for the obsolescence of customers inventory stock.
